Salted Caramel Ice-Cream

The perfect summertime treat or dessert indulgence.

Cheat your way to a beautiful homemade salted caramel ice-cream with only three ingredients. I know, sounds too good to be true but it’s not so embrace it people.


500ml cream
1 x 395 gram tin lite sweetened condensed milk
½ cup salted caramel, use store bought


Method: Place the cream and condensed milk in a large bowl and use a handheld electric mixer on the fastest speed and whisk to soft peaks. Then pour in half the salted caramel, and whisk gently until combined.

Place in a freezer-proof container, or loaf tin, pour over the remaining salted caramel and use a skewer or fork to create that beautiful swirling effect on top. Freeze for 5-6 hours, or overnight.

To serve: Remove from the freezer 15-20 minutes before serving. Scoop into waffle cones and devour. Dont forget to share.
