This is a very quick and delicious smoothie that you can whip up to tide you over before dinner, or as a great way to start the day if you’re in a big hurry.
1 x 400ml tin coconut milk
2 chopped frozen bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ teaspoon cinnamon plus extra for dusting
1 x blender
Place all the ingredients in your blender. Give it a good blitz until it’s smooth and creamy, then pour into serving glasses. Dust with an extra pinch of cinnamon and you’re good to go.
Tip – Slice up the bananas and place them in a freezer bag the night before, so they are ready to go when you need them. Freeze a whole lot at once so you always have them on hand.
