Lift your guacamole game with garlic, chili, lime, coriander and a hint of chipotle sauce. It’s seriously good, totally addictive big bold flavours will rock your taste buds.
2 large ripe avocados
1 teaspoon Chipotle sauce (I used tabasco)
Zest and juice of 1 large lime
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 red chilli, finely chopped
A small handful of coriander leaves
Prep time: 10 minutes
Begin by removing the flesh from each avocado and place in a bowl with a good pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Mash the avocado, then add in the chipotle sauce, lime zest and juice, garlic, chili and mix well. To finish finely chop the coriander and mix through before serving with corn chips and your frosty beverage of choice.
