Coffee in your smoothie? Genius. This Mocha delight will fill you up, perk you up and have you raring to go in the morning.
60ml espresso strength coffee
2 bananas, peeled (roughly 275g fruit)
400ml Milk
½ cup Greek Yoghurt
2 tablespoons runny honey
1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon cacao nibs (optional)
To serve (optional)
6 chocolate-covered coffee beans, crushed
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz for 1 minute or until silky smooth. Pour the mixture into two glasses and top with the crushed chocolate-covered coffee beans, if using.
