Serves 1 person
4 medium carrots
2 medium apples
1/2 lemon, with the peel
30 grams fresh ginger
Use a juice to juice all the ingredients together.
If you don’t have a juicer, blend ingredients with 3/4 cup of water, or coconut water and then strain to reach the desired texture.
